Thus, gifts that are useful around the house will be most appreciated. The heart of any home is the kitchen and their are plenty of great gadgets and small appliances that are immensely useful.
This year, my wife and I have gotten tremendous use out of a couple of kitchen appliances. First, we have absolutely made non-stop use of our Mr. Coffee TM1 2-quart Iced Tea Machine. The machine runs non-stop at our house churning out an endless supply of Luzianne-brand decaffeinated iced tea. It takes just two family-sized tea bags to make a pitcher. In an era of tight family budgets, a Mr. Coffee TM1 2-quart iced tea machine and a box of tea bags can easily pay for itself in less than a month compared to the price of soda and other beverages. The second kitchen appliance that we have liked this year is our Presto Poplite Hot Air popcorn popper. It does a wonderful job of creating non-greasy, non-chemical, non-fattening popcorn. Since popcorn is inexpensive, the Presto Poplite Hot Air Popcorn Popper can also pay for itself in just a few weeks of use.
